Company history

Cori Solomon, Broker Owner of DePratter Properties, Inc. has practiced Florida real estate sales since August 2000.

Cori began her real estate career in Broward County, Florida. In 2005, she moved business operations to Lake City in North Florida and currently specializes in Columbia County and the surrounding areas.

Having worked with countless buyers, sellers, and investors from all over the United States, Cori is very experienced in residential and land sales in the area.
